Star Of The Nail Polishes

I hadn't planned on buying this particular nail polish as I thought it resembled a different color I already own, but after seeing swatches, I caved anyway, so here we go; Catrice Welcome To Las Vegas Limited Edition Ultimate Nail Lacquer, C03 'Star of the Show'.

I applied this nail polish not even 24 hours before taking these pictures and it already has chips unfortunately. I didn't use a top coat so it will probably be better if you do so. However, most Catrice nail polishes don't need a top coat to last a couple of days so that was a little disappointing. That aside, it's a lovely color that fits the season, especially with the metallic finish. Application was really good, the brush is brilliant. You do need to apply two thick coats or three thin coats to get full coverage. The brush strokes stay visible but as applying is easy you won't have problems getting nice, straight strokes.
